Solarabic Awards Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Solarabic Awards application process. By submitting your application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Solarabic DMCC, a company registered in JLT, Dubai, UAE (“Solarabic”). These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the awards process, including submitting personal and business-related information.
2. Eligibility
- Participation is open to individuals, organizations, and companies involved in the renewable and sustainable energy industries.
- Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information during the application process.
- Solarabic reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participants.
3. Application Process
- All applications must be submitted through the official Solarabic website.
- The application deadline is final. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Applicants are required to answer all questions in the application form truthfully and accurately.
- Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification.
- Only shortlisted applicants will be asked to provide supporting documents to prove their claims.
- Solarabic reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided and request additional documentation if necessary.
4. Confidentiality and Data Protection
4.1 Personal Data
- Solarabic is committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data provided during the application process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates.
- All submitted information will be used for the purpose of processing your application, assessing your eligibility, and communicating with you regarding the Solarabic Awards.

- Solarabic will treat all business-related information submitted during the application process as confidential.
- Project details, technical data, and any other sensitive information provided will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
- Any business data used for internal reporting or industry insights will be presented in a cumulative, anonymized format to protect individual applicant information.
- Solarabic reserves the right to use anonymized summaries or aggregated business insights in marketing materials, reports, and case studies without exposing the business relationship to the applicant.
5. Accuracy of Information
- Applicants must ensure that all information, including numerical data, provided in the application form is accurate and verifiable. Applicants must use the accurate units of measure like kWh or MW as per industry best practices.
- Solarabic reserves the right to disqualify any applicant found to have provided incorrect or misleading information.
- If discrepancies are found during the verification process, the applicant will be disqualified from the awards process.
- Solarabic reserves the right to request clarification or additional details from applicants if any submitted information is unclear or incomplete.
- Applicants must ensure that all information, including numerical data, provided in the application form is accurate and verifiable.
6. Intellectual Property
- Applicants retain ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the projects submitted.
- By submitting an application, applicants grant Solarabic a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the Solarabic Awards (e.g., event promotion, winner announcements, best project) including photos, logos, videos or other materials.
7. Selection Process
- Solarabic reserves the right to disqualify any application that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Any disputes regarding the selection process must be submitted in writing to the Solarabic Awards Team within 7 days of the announcement. Solarabic reserves the right to address disputes at its sole discretion, and the selection decisions will remain final.
8. Publicity and Promotion
- Solarabic may publicly announce the winners of the awards during the ceremony and through its own or partner channels.
- Winners may be asked to participate in promotional activities, including interviews and photoshoots. Participation is voluntary and subject to the winner’s consent.
- Solarabic will seek written consent from winners before using their images or personal details in any promotional materials.

- Solarabic is not responsible for any technical errors or interruptions that may affect the application process.
- Solarabic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from participation in the awards, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Solarabic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes via email or through a notice on the official Solarabic website.
